Module 3
Advanced Prompting & Chains
The technical layer underneath good playbooks. How to build prompts that work reliably, chain them together, and create workflows that produce consistent output.
Module 4
Tool Selection & Integration
How to evaluate and select AI tools without chasing every new release. Own the playbook, rent the tech. Your playbooks are portable. The tools are interchangeable.
Module 5
Leading AI Adoption
How to get a team to actually use this. Change management, role clarity, the hats framework. What works and what doesn't when rolling out AI operations inside a company.
Module 6
Capstone Project
Build a complete AI operations system for a real business problem. You leave with a portfolio piece and practitioner-level capability.
