How We Got Here
We started inside companies. That's still where the work happens.
AMP started in 2022 when most AI conversations were about what the technology could do. We were more interested in what teams could do with it.
We went inside real companies. Not to consult from the outside, but to sit next to the people doing the work and figure out what actually sticks. What makes AI adoption compound instead of stall. What turns one person experimenting into a whole team operating differently.
What we found: the teams that win with AI aren't the ones with the best tools. They're the ones with a shared way of working. Protocols. Playbooks. A methodology the whole team runs on.
We built that methodology. We tested it. We refined it. And now we teach it.

Rachel has been at the intersection of AI and business operations since before most companies had an AI strategy. She's trained thousands of operators, worked inside companies across industries, and built the AMP methodology from what she's seen work (and fail) firsthand.
She writes the Leading Momentum newsletter, teaches the AI Playbook Workshop, and leads AMP's work with companies and operators.
