Quick Slack / email to your manager
"Hey [Name], I found a certified AI operations program that directly applies to my role. It's an accelerator where I'd build and roll out at least three AI playbooks for our team's workflows, with expert feedback at every stage. It's [$amount] and I'd like to use my professional development budget. Happy to forward the program details and I can get an invoice for accounting."
More formal request
"I'd like to request approval for the AI Operator Accelerator by AI Momentum Protocols. It's a certification program focused on building repeatable AI systems for business operations. The program includes at least three hands-on playbook projects, mentor feedback at every stage, and a certification tied to completed work. I'll come back with rolled-out playbooks we can use across our team. The investment is [$amount] and they provide an invoice and learning outcomes summary for L&D records."
