The AI Operator Hat Guarantee

Complete at least three scoped projects and earn your AI Operator Hat. If your Studio access ends before you have completed three, we extend your access and support for up to three more months at no cost.

How it works

• ✓ Your projects (at least three) are scoped with a mentor on your Chart Your Path call. That call is also when your Studio access begins.
• ✓ Each project gets feedback at four gates: pitch, plan, build, and rollout.
• ✓ If a deliverable stalls, we reach out before you lose momentum.
• ✓ If your Studio access ends before you have completed three projects, your access and support continue for up to three more months at no cost.

What counts as a completed project

A completed project is a playbook that:

• ✓ Has gone through the full CRAFT cycle
• ✓ Has three or more logged runs on real work, or on a hackathon case if access to work systems is blocked
• ✓ Has a one-page case study write-up

We hold this standard because the AI Operator Hat is tied to what you actually built and rolled out, not to attendance. That is what makes it worth showing to leadership, a client, or a hiring manager.
