LAUNCH is a 4-week intensive for teams. Each week includes a live skill-building session (3 hours) plus async coursework your team completes on their own time. Every person works on real processes from your business and ships a working playbook by the end.
This isn't training where everyone watches a presentation and forgets it by Friday. The playbooks your team builds during LAUNCH are the ones they'll use after.
The Curriculum

Week 1
Your team gets hands-on with AI
Everyone sets up their AI environment, builds foundational skills, and runs their first playbook on a real task. By Friday, every person on your team has used AI to complete actual work.

Your team identifies the biggest opportunities
Each person maps their workflows and pinpoints the processes with the highest leverage. They choose what to build their playbook on and outline the full system.

Week 3
Your team builds working AI systems
Outlines become working playbooks. Each person builds, tests, and refines their system on real work. By the end of the week, these are running in production.

Week 4
Your team ships and shares results
Everyone presents their playbook to the group. You see what each person built, the time saved, and the path forward. Then you plan what to playbook next.
