The Story Behind AMP
How it started. Where we're headed.
AMP launched in 2022 with a simple mission: help businesses of all sizes adopt AI in practical, impactful ways. When ChatGPT hit in 2023, everyone started chasing tools. We asked a different question: how does AI change the way businesses actually operate?
That question led to everything we teach today. The MASTER Method for effective AI delegation. AI Playbooking, our approach to converting team processes into executable, AI-driven playbooks. And our latest people-centered model for dividing work between humans and AI.
None of this came from theory. We validated every methodology through hands-on work with dozens of businesses before sharing it back to the community. That's still how we operate: build it, run it, prove it works, then teach it.
