Companies bought AI. But has how you work actually changed?

Most teams have ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot by now, and almost everyone uses it. But ask what's actually different about how the team operates a year later, and most people can't point to much.

Everyone is using AI one conversation at a time. Almost nobody is turning it into systems a team can run.

You've probably seen this from the inside. You use AI every day and it helps. But your setup only helps you. It hasn't changed how your team works, and nobody who decides your next move can see it.

It's the same gap, whether you look at one person or a whole company.

And the market has started to name it. The role above yours, or the one you'd want next, asks for AI experience now, and "uses ChatGPT every day" isn't what they mean. They mean someone who can take how work gets done and make AI do it reliably.

Very few people can do that yet. The ones who learn it now get to define what the role is.

The people closing this gap aren't engineers. They're operators.

They're the ones who notice when something has happened three times and wonder why it isn't a system yet. The weekly report everyone dreads. The client email rewritten from scratch every time. The review that only gets done right when one particular person does it.

They write down how the work actually gets done. They turn it into something AI can run. And they keep at it until it runs right every time, for anyone, not just for them.

That's an AI Operator. Not someone who uses AI to do their own work faster. Someone who builds the systems that do the work, reliably, for themselves AND other people.

What that looks like in practice

1

Spot the work worth handing off, and name the result it should produce.

2

Define it as a playbook: the steps, the standard, what good output looks like.

3

Build it, test it on real work, and fix it until it holds.

4

Roll it out so your team or your clients run it and rely on it.

The tool is the easy part now. A well-defined playbook can be handed to Claude or ChatGPT and set up with very little friction, and that gets easier every month. The hard part is everything before it: knowing which work is worth systematizing, what good output looks like, and where it will break.

That's judgment. It comes from years of doing the work. And the skill of operationalizing that expertise.

Worried that building the system makes you replaceable? It's the opposite. The person who designed it, knows where it breaks, and can tell good output from bad is the hardest person in the building to replace. The person still doing it by hand is the one at risk.

If you read this and thought "that's how I already think," you're exactly who we built this for. Here's how we get you there faster.

How the Accelerator works

Everything in the program is built to accelerate you toward opening up your next opportunity:

1

Set your direction

For most people, the first thing that stalls them isn't skill. It's knowing what's worth building.

You start with our advisory team helping you Chart Your Path based on your industry, role, constraints and realities. We help you build a roadmap: the projects in your work worth building first, in the order to build them.

2

Build the skills, get results

Getting AI to work once is easy. Getting it to hold up every time, for other people, takes a method and honest feedback.

✓

The AMP Method: how to playbook any piece of work, and how to roll it out to a team

✓

Feedback on everything you submit: as many times as you need it

✓

Your AI Operator certification: earned when you've completed three projects. (Yes, there's a hat.)

3

Nail the opportunities

Once you can do this, there's more opportunity than you can chase. Reps, practice, and the right people around you are what turn a skill into your next move.

✓

The Studio: live sessions every week, like a yoga studio for AI operations. Some are hands-on build practice, some are networking, and some are hot seats on an opportunity in your career.

✓

A peer community: tagged by industry, so you can find the people who've already solved your problem

This isn't another AI course.

You've probably taken one already. You watched the videos, tried a few things, and your week looks about the same.

The Accelerator works the other way around: you start with your own work, and you keep building until something is actually running.

Most AI courses

The Accelerator

× Demos built on someone else's examples
✓ You build on your own work from day one
× You figure out what to apply it to
✓ You start with a roadmap of what's worth building
× Nobody looks at what you make
✓ Feedback on everything you submit
× Tips for tools that change every month
✓ A method that works in any tool, with tool-specific walkthroughs on top
× When it ends, you're on your own
✓ The Studio, for practice, people, and your next move

Here's what that looks like for people who've done it.

“THE most valuable course I have ever been a part of.”

“I AB-SO-LUTELY recommend the bootcamp. This bootcamp has been THE most valuable course I have ever been a part of. I am coming away from this bootcamp energized to get playbooking and make people smile when they realize the impact that AI operators can make!!”

– Johan B.

“I wanted an expertly designed learning opportunity... that's exactly what I got!”

“My team was stuck in the experimenting phase. This bootcamp promised know-how for operationalizing AI, which was exactly what I needed as an AI leader. I got to do the actual AI operator work with a guided real-world practice scenario and then an independent capstone project. I'm now confident that I can run AI operations at my current company or another and move the needle. I also feel much more confident in making recommendations to leaders and teams.”

– Jody D.

“I'm confident I can take on pretty much any idea.”

“The program is intentionally not focused about chasing particular tools on their trajectories, but on the planning and thinking that needs to happen to make the project a success. I'm confident I can take on pretty much any idea I can think of.”

– James B.

“It was exactly what I needed to tie ops and AI together.”

“I HIGHLY recommend this program. It was just what I needed to tie Ops and AI together and as a systems loving person it really connected it all together for me. Being able to feel confident about diving into a new CRAFT project with a client right away is definitely a testament to how good this bootcamp was.”

– Amanda L.

“The ROI is undeniable.”

“What stood out the most is their commitment to excellence: the content feels cutting edge, feedback is proactively sought, and high-value iterative changes are made based on real-world applications. The CRAFT framework is valuable as an overall business methodology, not just for companies seeking AI adoption. The return on investment (ROI) is undeniable.”

– Matt M.

“Huge leap forward!”

“The course was a huge leap forward. It gave me hands-on strategies to embed AI into real workflows, no fluff, just actionable frameworks. Great mix of community insights, practical examples, and expert-driven frameworks helped me to start implementing AI with confidence.”

– Sonny S.

“I feel ready to bring this work into a team.”

“After finishing the AI Operator Bootcamp I feel ready to bring this work into a team. I'm more confident scoping an operations problem and building a clear workflow using automation and AI. I also feel better equipped to carry it through the organization in a way that partners with the team and promotes realistic adoption.”

– Jac S.

“I feel more confident!”

“It was always really hard to connect the vision of AI into the actual practice of how we get there. The AIO bootcamp has given me a really helpful and practical framework of how to break it down into manageable chunks to slowly start implementing impactful AI solutions.”

– Dawn N.

“Will truly help you level up.”

“This bootcamp was exactly what I needed to expand my mindset about what's possible with AI and to learn the framework for approaching operations and systems with an AI-first lens. Operators are the front-line for businesses that want to successfully integrate AI into their operating systems. The AIO bootcamp will truly help you level up!”

– Rose D.

Is the AI Operator Accelerator right for you?

The Accelerator is built for people who want to lead how AI is brought into their work, their team, or their clients. You are likely a strong fit if:

This is for you if

✓ You have years of experience in your role and a clear sense of what good looks like
✓ You sit at the intersection of process, coordination, and systems, even if AI isn't in your title
✓ You already use ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini and have hit the ceiling of ad hoc use
✓ You can see repetitive work you'd hand to AI once someone shows you how
✓ You want a sellable, repeatable skill, not another bag of tool tips
✓ You're ready to lean in now, while being early still counts for something

Probably not for you if

× You want to learn AI for personal productivity only
× AI is already in your title. You'd get value from it, but this wasn't built for you
× You're looking for a deeply technical AI engineering program
× You're treating this as a compliance box to tick

A quick note: the Accelerator is not a deeply technical AI engineering program. Implementation is becoming increasingly automated. A well-defined playbook can now be handed to a tool like Claude and configured with minimal friction. The enduring advantage is the skill of playbooking for teams: knowing what to build, why it matters, how to design for fast leverage and ROI, and how to deliver it in a way that actually sticks.

Your next step

Is this your path? Let's find out.

If you read this page and thought "that's how I already work," you're probably who we built it for. The call is how we find out for sure.

We look at your actual work and give you an honest answer on two questions: does the AI Operator path fit you, and is the Accelerator the right way to get there? Either way, you'll leave knowing the first thing you'd build.

If it's a fit, we'll walk through enrollment and pricing on the call. If it isn't, we'll tell you.

Questions

When does the next cohort start? +
As of September 2026, we have an ongoing enrollment process and you can discuss start dates with your advisor.
Do I need a technical background? +
No. If you can explain a task to a person, you can write a playbook. The core skills are operational thinking and being able to structure your work so that AI can do it.
How much time does it take? +
You set the pace. The curriculum is self-paced, and the Studio's live sessions run on a standing weekly and monthly calendar you can join wherever you are in the path. Most of the work is building playbooks for tasks you're already doing, so the hours tend to replace work rather than add to it.
What if I can't make the live sessions? +
All of the content is self-serve so you won't be missing anything new in a live session. The live sessions are practice sessions. There is also an ongoing calendar with varying dates and times for session types.
What if I don't have a project to work on, or my company restricts AI use? +
Over years of experience, we have developed case challenges that give you a shared use case to build on, with feedback, without needing a work project or a privacy approval. If work access is blocked, completed hackathon builds count toward your projects and can give you the portfolio you need in order to unlock the door.
Will this work in my industry? +
The method is tool-agnostic and built to work under real constraints: regulated industries, locked-down tools, privacy requirements. We also have resources showing what playbooking looks like in your context and who to ask when a constraint comes up.
What does it cost? +
We walk through the investment and payment options on your Roadmap Call, after we've looked at your work and confirmed the Accelerator is a fit. Most employers will reimburse it, and we provide the documentation to ask.
Can my employer pay for this? +
Yes. We provide an invoice, a learning outcomes summary, and a program overview for L&D records. AI upskilling is a top priority right now, and some employers approve within 48 hours. Get templates to ask.
What tools do I need? +
A paid ChatGPT or Claude plan and a basic automation tool like Zapier. We walk you through setup, and the method works in whatever stack your company already uses.
Will this help my career? +
Career outcomes are not guaranteed. AI Operators are being hired at $120-200K. You graduate with at least three rolled-out projects, case studies for each, and a certification tied to them. Several graduates have launched consulting practices earning $10-30K/month.
What happens when my Studio access ends? +
The curriculum and your roadmap are yours for life. You can extend your Studio access or stay on as an ongoing graduate member, and certified operators can be invited into the AI Operator Mastermind with Rachel.

Become the one who's actually doing this well.

Book a Roadmap Call. We'll look at your work, find your first playbooks, and tell you honestly whether the Accelerator is the right next move.
